A modular dungeon I created for the marketplace of a virtual world. there were some unique challenges I ran into trying to fit my vision within the constraints of a ten year old engine, yet retaining the aesthetics I wanted. In order to achieve the detail I wanted, I ended up doing a lighting bake inside of Maya using Mental Ray. These shots were rendered within the actual game engine. Sadly since the particle system was lacking I had to fudge the torch fire by using meshes with a panning texture. Overall it was interesting to see what I could pull off given the constraints.
